Deaf Aware was founded in 2005 with the aim of promoting Deaf Awareness to all. It is especially valuable to businesses providing services to the public, as their employees/customers are very likely to come into contact with people who have some form of hearing loss. This training equips staff with the necessary skills to communicate successfully with their customers, that’s (1 in 6) deaf potential customers that may be interested in your services, this may bring in more revenue to your business.
